Neuro Articular Regenerative Kinetics – The principals of N.A.R.K. use resisted movements, created either by the clinician or the client, that progressively strengthens and regenerates the tissues of the body: bone, cartilage, ligaments, motor cortex, and proprioceptive system. These resisted movements create torsional stress, which serves as a catalyst for neuro- and neo- genesis of the body. This approach has been shown to be an effective first intervention for pain and health management.
